Privacy Policy
The short version
Scoreboard XL does not collect anything about you.
There is no account and no login. There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The app asks for no permissions: not your location, not your contacts, not your camera. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere or tied to you.
The teams you pick and the settings you choose are saved on your device and stay there. Deleting the app deletes them.
What the app connects to
To show scores, the app requests game data from our own server at scorechecker.app, which Scoreboard XL shares with its sibling app. Those requests carry the league and date being viewed and, for the widget, the short codes of the teams you picked. They carry no name, no email, no device identifier and no advertising identifier. Our server keeps standard, short-lived access logs for reliability and nothing else.
Team logos are served from the same server. The app makes no other network connection.
The home-screen widget
The widget reads the teams you picked from storage shared with the app on your device and fetches their games the same way the app does. It stores nothing else.
Purchases
Scoreboard XL is bought once through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details, and the app contains no in-app purchases and no subscription.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
